LAWRENCE, Mass. — A Lawrence man was arraigned on Monday in connection with the shooting death of a 48-year-old Lynn man.
Devin A. Hayes, 30, is charged with the murder of Ellis J. Wright, who was found dead in a parking lot near 85 Manchester Street in Lawrence on June 18, 2016.

Judge Jennifer Queally ordered the defendant held without bail without prejudice. The case is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on January 22, 2020.
